Autumn Menu to Feature Tim & Holly's Expertise on Classic Aussie Dishes

The most popular meal in the UK? You may be surprised to hear that curry of one sort or another has long topped the list. Chicken Parmigiana, Chinese Stir-fry and Thai Chicken are also up there! How the world has changed.

Needless to say, us Aussies aren't far behind, although we can never escape the iconic Vegemite, Lamingtons and Pavlova over here.

This being said, it might not be so strange to hear that Tucker by Tim brings you a great range of international meals, and Chefs Tim and Holly are well versed at giving you the Aussie 'take' on all of them.

Look out for Beef in Black Bean stir-fry, Holly's unbeatable Asian noodle dishes and Beef Bourgignon (one of Australia's most googled recipes). All have been in Tim's repertoire for years, and you can sample the delicious results every week.

A final word for the faithful - our Chicken Parmigiana is back! Try it some time and you'll think you're in a Posh Nosh Pub somewhere. But ours is only $8.00 (or less).

Pint of Peroni, anyone?

Best Wishes

Tim
