Spring Menu in Full Swing

Amazing but true, a month has already passed since our Spring Menu hit the streets and your fridges. An earlier update was promised, but I've been too busy actually cooking the damned stuff to write about it!.

Jokes aside, tuckerbytim.com.au is not just a pretty website - it's real people cooking fresh meals every day for a lucky few.

That's how we're able to care for our customers in a way not many other companies can. You order meals, Tim & Chef Holly get cracking in the kitchen cooking them, Bill or Rhiannon deliver to you the next day, Coral organises us all. Simple.

Ring-up or email, chances are you'll get one of us right away, wanting to know how we can help you eat good food in your own home. And hopefully that food will be the food we're cooking right then and there, ready just for you.

Highlights of the Spring Menu so far include Savoury Mince Roulade, Thai Red Beef & Peanut Curry and Steak & Kidney Pie.

Our Mince Roulade, a Holly invention, is savory mince wrapped in a cheesy pastry - an absolutely mouthwatering combination.

With our Beef & Peanut Curry, we pulled off a Thai dish that packs a flavour punch without the chilli. 

Our trusty steak & kidney pie-top dish, that went out to you all this week, was so delicious I don't think it could ever be bettered.   

And, finally, don't forget to try Holly's Brownies when you order. You get 3 home-made brownies - big, tasty squares that can even be halved - to keep in the cupboard for when guests turn up, or you want a treat with a cuppa!
